GMC 1000(Flow & Pressure Controller)
Description
Microprocessor based GMC 1000 Flow & Pressure Controller is designed for supplying
electronic power to MFC(Mass Flow Controller) for displaying and controlling gas flow
rate by set point voltage.
Optional Pressure Control Module can be provided auto pressure control in VACUUM
system conjunction with Capacitance Manometer by controlling gas flow via MFC unit.
All these functions are controlled with state of art software in MicroProcessor.]
And this unit can be communicated by standard RS-232C with any industrial controller
or PC.
Instrument setup enables readout in flow units of sccm and slm; and in pressure units
of Torr, mTorr.

GMc 100A MFC power supply and readout unit is designed for supplying electronic
power to MFC for display and controlling gas flow rate by set point voltage (0-5Vdc).
User can set full scale range for each MFC Channel by Potentiometer at front panel
